Reed accountancy have recently partnered up with a business based in Knowsley who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their growing team. This is a full time position and is fully office based so will require someone who would be in a position to travel to this location daily.Â
The Role
- Must be able to create weekly and monthly financial reports
- Identification and explanation of variances to budget
- A key point of contact to the larger finance function
- Responsible for invoicing and liaising with the credit control team
- Stay in regular contact with the management team
- Support in the preparation of budgetsÂ
- Dealing with any mileage and expense claims and tracking any bonus and commission
The Person
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Must have good experience with MS Office especially Excel
- Good communicator both written and verbal
- Adaptable and a good team player
