Description

  • Overseeing the entire purchase ledger function.
  • Ensuring accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Managing the month-end closing process and reconciliations.
  • Supervising the Purchase Ledger team and providing regular training.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Implementing process improvements within the department.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve any financial discrepancies.
  • Preparing regular reports on department performance.

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
