Art Teacher

Art teacher - Warrington - January start Prospero Teaching are looking for a qualified teacher of Art to work in a secondary school in Warrington. This role is a part time position 0.6 (3 days a week) and will start in January until July, for 2 terms. The successful candidate will be able to teach key stage 3 & 4 classes, attend departmental meetings and parents evenings and provide exceptional support to students and demonstrate good behaviour and classroom assistant/management. The role is open to ECTs as well as fully qualified teachers. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location Warrington Position Art Teacher Start date January 2025 End date - July 2025 Contract type Part time 2 terms Minimum rate of pay GBP162.31 per day Hours 8:15AM 4:00PM Monday to Friday EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Relevant teaching qualification Previous experience working in a school Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, training can be provided) Up to date Prevent awareness & FGM training issued in the last 3 years (essential, however, training can be provided) TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
