SEN TA - Prescot:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a SEN TA to join the team in a lovely primary school near Prescot. This is a full time position to start in April. The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting children with SEN in small groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading small groups on learning activities
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to track progress
  • Preparing resources and establishing learning areas.

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

  • Up to date Safeguarding certificate within the last year (desirable but training can be provided)
  • Team Teach qualification would be highly desired
  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification would be highly desirable

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold right to work in the UK

Hold and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

Provide two professional child related references
