Ordering the products they ask for as well as identifying additional products that are relevant to each customer.... all while being rewarded with uncapped additional earning of 4% of your sales.

You will learn new skills and support our customers via channels such as voice, email, webchat, TrustPilot, Feefo, Facebook and Instagram!
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain standards and achieve targets for all KPI areas, including call quality.
- Handle inbound customer telephone orders and enquiries.
- Complete admin work when required to do so.
- Order build where appropriate and exceed target wherever possible.
- Identify potential issues from customer feedback and highlight to Team Manager.
Our client is open 7 days a week and will always try to be as flexible as they can with your shift patterns. Opening times are Monday to Friday 8am till 9pm, Saturday 8am till 8pm and Sunday 9am till 5pm
Experience
- Fluency in English is essential
- Strong organisational skills
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial
