Management Accountant | Rhyl | £45,000 - £55,000
Resourcery Group are actively working with an international business based in North Wales that are keen to appoint a newly qualified Accountant into their Management Accounts team.
Working closely with the Financial Controller & Finance Director, you will gain a broad understanding of day to day operations whilst being in a position to add real value.
Main duties;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyse financial statements and provide insights to inform decision-making
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning processes
- Reconcile financial data and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with audits and tax preparation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Prepare management accounts and financial reports
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues to gather information for financial reporting
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial activities
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and procedures
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) is preferred
- Proven experience in preparing management accounts
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
