Management Accountant | Rhyl | £45,000 - £55,000

Resourcery Group are actively working with an international business based in North Wales that are keen to appoint a newly qualified Accountant into their Management Accounts team.

Working closely with the Financial Controller & Finance Director, you will gain a broad understanding of day to day operations whilst being in a position to add real value.

Main duties;

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Analyse financial statements and provide insights to inform decision-making
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning processes
  • Reconcile financial data and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with audits and tax preparation
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Prepare management accounts and financial reports
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to gather information for financial reporting
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial activities
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and procedures

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) is preferred
  • Proven experience in preparing management accounts
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
