Your new companyOur client is a well-established regional housing contractor in both the affordable and spec housing markets who are currently in need of an experienced freelance site manager to cover their newbuild housing site in the Rhyl area, for a period of 3 months.As Site Manager, you are:
- Responsible for H&S and Rams on site
- Ensuring the programming is met and budget is maintained
- Overseeing and organising all subcontractors on site
What you'll need:
- CSCS, First Aid, and SMSTS
- Housing experience is essential
- A proactive and professional attitude
- Be based locally in the North Wales area
