About the Role:

We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Health Care Assistants to work in healthcare settings in Rhyl and the surrounding areas. As an agency HCA, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with a variety of needs, including personal care, companionship, and mobility assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting patients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Supporting individuals with mobility and daily activities.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support.
  • Monitoring and recording health conditions such as temperature, pulse, and respiration.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
  • Following care plans and reporting any concerns to senior staff.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a Health Care Assistant (HCA) or Support Worker in the UK.
  • A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Mandatory Training (or willingness to complete)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential).
