Job Title: Domiciliary Care Worker
Location: Prestatyn, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Conwy
Salary: 11.60 per hour
CRS are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to join a well established, highly recomended support service , providing essential care services across Denbighshire, Flintshire, and Conwy. As a vital member of the care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to clients based on their individual needs and care plans.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes independence and dignity.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.
Requirements:
- Must own a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, within the timeframe of 7am-9:30pm.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring and compassionate nature with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
