Job Description: As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers. Your main duties will include:
- Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students stay on task.
- Assisting students with any questions or concerns during lessons.
- Reporting any issues or incidents to the appropriate staff members.
- Supporting the school’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
