Are you from a Graduate or from a Product Design background with knowledge of Solidworks? Are you looking to work for a growing healthcare company that can offer an initial 12 month position, hybrid working and the opportunity to make a real difference to customers lives?

On offer is the opportunity to join a leading medical equipment manufacturer and supplier, who are undertaking a massive period of growth having recently acquired another business. The company provide medical mobility equipment for both domestic and commercial clients, these include stairlifts, hoists, slings and other crucial devices. Due to the nature of the business, taking care of their employees and nurturing their development is the key to their growth and long term business strategy.

This varied role, will see you responsible for the design and drawing of key products in both 2D and 3D using Solidworks, you will complete new design concepts, focus on continuous improvement of existing products and be developed in the project management aspect of the lifecycle, including bill of materials, costings and rebranding.

This role would suit a candidate or a recent graduate that is looking for a hands on product design position with a leading healthcare company, who has working knowledge of Solidworks and is looking for the opportunity to develop, learn and make a difference to the community.

The Role:

  • New Product and Existing Product Design
  • Continuous Improvement development
  • Training on BOM's, Costings and Project Management
  • Mon - Thurs (84:30PM), 1:30PM finish on Friday
