Job Description: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of education for our students during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning activities.
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
- Supporting students with their learning and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition between lessons.
- Maintaining a positive and safe learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic school environment.
