We are looking for passionate and qualified professionals with a strong background in social services, housing support, and adult/children’s care to take on flexible assignments across our network of service users and partner organisations.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who prefer variety and autonomy, and who want to make a real difference in people’s lives while working on a flexible, contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage caseloads involving vulnerable adults, children, or families.

  • Conduct assessments and care planning in line with statutory duties.

  • Liaise with other professionals, including housing officers, healthcare providers, and local authorities.

  • Maintain accurate and timely case records.

  • Safeguard individuals by identifying risks and intervening appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker (Degree/Diploma in Social Work)

  • Registration with Social Work England

  • Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience

  • Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one)

  • Strong communication and case management skills

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments
