PLANT FITTER - CENTRAL WALES - PERMANENT - £37,000 + BONUSES AND OVERTIMEARM are working with a well-known building materials company who have a global reach. We are currently recruiting for a Plant Fitters to join their team based in the Central Wales area on a permanent basis. About You:* We are looking for people with some experience of working in fabrication or bearings or hydraulics or mechanical engineering. * You will need to hold a UK driving licence for this position. * You will have an interest in learning and developing your skills further. What you will be doing:This is a key position that will keep a busy plant operational. You will be working as part of a team that provides mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance engineering across the site. This position will provide a company van to you also.This position is based in Central Wales. Commutable towns are Hereford, Worcester, Ludlow, Hay-on-Wye, Newtown and Presteigne. It is a full-time position working 48 hours per week on contract with the ability to earn more through overtime also. Typically working days start at 5am. Some weekend working will be required in this position with enhanced pay for these days also. What you can expect in return:The salary for this position is £37,000. On top of this is a weekly bonus of £200 per week paid, as well as a company wide bonus paid annually of around 2% of salary. Overtime is paid according to day work and is typically time and a half and double time. Other benefits include generous pension scheme and holiday allowances.
