Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Several years UK based experience in a similar role, ideally with a house builder.
• HNC qualification or higher in a relevant field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Strong understanding of the UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in problem-solving.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications in line with project requirements.
• Ensure all designs adhere to UK Building Regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to deliver innovative and sustainable housing solutions.
• Manage projects from conception to completion while ensuring timely delivery.
