MCG Healthcare are working with a 'GOOD' CQC rated GP surgery near Runcorn who are looking for a part/full time Practice Nurse to join them in the near future.
This GP surgery require a Practice Nurse who can manage their own work and supervise and lead others within the team. You must be able to manage all areas of QOF, be lead in Diabetes & Asthma.
They have a relatively small team who all pull together to get things done. You will be managing all of the patients on the QOF registers, you will lead their small team of two newly qualified Nursing Associates and Senior HCA. They have a complex Care Co-ordinator who also supports the team.
