We are looking for experienced FMCG Production operatives with Fast moving consumable goods experience with a current RTITB FLT counterbalance licence that is in date.
The role is based on the Runcorn Whitehouse industrial estate. Our business produces alcoholic beverages on site and we are in search for motivated driven individuals who can add their experience and value to contribute positively to this incredible brand. Before you apply for this role, please ENSURE you read the skills and requirements for the job as the role is very fast paced and very demanding requiring someone with great attention to detail and a good level of experience fault finding and trouble shooting.

Do you live close to Runcorn?
Have you previously worked in the FMCG production sector and have a good level of experience upwards of 2 years?
Do you have a counterbalance FLT licence in date? MUST be RTITB - NOT essential

Our Start date ASAP after successful Teams Interview and registration will be immediately
You will start off on the Training wage 12.60PH moving to 22.20 post sign off. Training can take up to 12 weeks, however this is dependant on your ability to delver the role efficiently and push through the training to be signed off.
There are additional opportunities for overtime paid at 29.05 and 33.31 per hour post sign off

Once signed off you could be earning 1065 for 4 days work or 1332 for 5 days WEEKLY


The role will initially be for 3 months with scope to extend further
Shifts are 12 hours per day, all breaks are paid for. The days of work can be from Monday - Sunday, shift times are 7am - 7pm. Hours are usually a minimum of - 4 days per week - with extra hours allocated, 4 days would be 48 hours pay and 5 days 60 hours.

All production Operators start on 12.60PH, once training has been signed off you will be paid 22.20 This can take 3-12 weeks

Training wage
4 Days pay 604 Per week.
5 Days' pay 630 per week.

Post Training
4 Days pay post training per week 1065
5 Days' Pay post training per week 1332


The site is open 7 days a week, the shift patterns will be a mixture of days and nights. You will be required to work a mixture of nights and days as 12-hour shifts.

Role / skills

*Must have previous FMCG production operator experience 2 yrs plus

* A good awareness of health and safety practises in a busy production environment

* Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the work area 5S experience

* Experience talking ownership for the machine you are running follow the compliance procedure to meet SLA plus demonstrate the ability to trouble shoot and rectify any errors within quality.

* An eye for spotting issues on your designated machine to call for support in a timely manner

* Experience completing online quality checks, maintaining high standards in product presentation

* Experience labelling and packaging food or drink products into containers, cans and packets.

* Operating a FLT counterbalance truck efficiently and safely - hold a current counter balance RTITB licence or regulated by another relevant body.
