We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Hospitality Team Leader to join our team at a bustling leisure facility. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality and possesses the skills to lead a team in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will be eligible to work in the UK and available for a face-to-face interview. A full DBS check and certificate are required.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Connect with our guests using your excellent interpersonal skills to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Inspire and lead your team with strong leadership abilities, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Confidently handle complex dietary and allergen requirements, ensuring all guest needs are met with precision.
  • Maintain and uphold excellent food safety standards and procedures to ensure compliance and guest safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a catering supervisory role.
  • Level 3 or above qualification in Food Safety.
  • Experience working with young people and supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
