What’s the job?
While the title is Qualified Accountant essentially, you’re an outsourced Finance Partner, working closely with clients to help them grow and make better decisions.
Unlike traditional practice roles, you’ll be:
? Producing and presenting monthly management accounts, helping clients understand the bigger picture.
? Acting as an integral part of their finance team, working alongside them to problem-solve, plan, and strategise.
? Playing an active role in the firm’s growth—attending networking events and industry meetups to build relationships and bring in new business.
? Working in a truly collaborative environment—supported by a bookkeeper and an operations manager, but in a firm where everyone is all hands on deck to deliver outstanding service.

Who are we looking for?
? A Qualified (or almost qualified) Accountant (ACA/ACCA) from an Accountancy Practice background, ideally in an advisory role.
