We're a well-established manufacturing company based in Kirkham, and we're looking for a talented individual with a 'can-do' attitude to join our friendly team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support with management packs and analysis, providing insights to aid decision-making.
  • Handle foreign currencies, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with purchase ledger and credit control tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Part-qualified CIMA (or equivalent) with relevant accounting experience.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in handling foreign currencies and understanding their impact on accounts.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, friendly, and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
