With turnover doubling year-on-year for the last 3 years, this hands on role will have much opportunity to add value through supporting further forecasted growth and enhancing existing systems and processes.Offices are within a commutable distance from Preston, Blackpool/Fylde and Lancaster (within 20-30 minute drive).Key Benefits/ Rewards on Offer:• Bonus scheme• Hybrid working• Lunch time finish each Friday• 30 days annual leave entitlement• Company sick pay• Free on site parking• Relaxed/casual office culture working within a friendly team• Ongoing support as required Your New Role as Management Accountant:Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a varied and hands on role with duties to include:• Preparation of the monthly management accounts pack• Support with year end requirements• Cash flow reporting• Preparation of budgets• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required• Review existing systems and processes and identify areas for improvements, implementing these where appropriateExperience & Qualifications Required to Apply:The ideal candidate will be proven in a similar level role with a hands on and versatile working approach.
