- Collaborate with senior colleagues to interpret and present financial governance and control information to key stakeholders.
- Work with business and functional teams to address process issues and improve end-to-end controls.
- Provide insights and guidance on first-line control activities to enhance business decision-making.
- Partner with teams across the business to embed financial control frameworks and ensure best practices are followed.
- Support the finance governance team by contributing insights and participating in key business reviews.
- Strong understanding of financial control principles, with experience in a control environment.
- Ability to build relationships and provide valuable insights to leaders and teams across the business.
- Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Experience in or a desire to work in a commercial, business-partnering role within the finance function.
