We’re recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join a highly collaborative finance team, supporting governance and financial control across multiple business units. This is an ideal role for a first-time mover from practice, offering exposure to business partnering and stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to interpret and present financial governance and control information to key stakeholders.
  • Work with business and functional teams to address process issues and improve end-to-end controls.
  • Provide insights and guidance on first-line control activities to enhance business decision-making.
  • Partner with teams across the business to embed financial control frameworks and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Support the finance governance team by contributing insights and participating in key business reviews.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong understanding of financial control principles, with experience in a control environment.
  • Ability to build relationships and provide valuable insights to leaders and teams across the business.
  • Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • Experience in or a desire to work in a commercial, business-partnering role within the finance function.
