You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial reports, compliance with financial regulations, and supporting internal and external audits. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and drive process improvements within the finance function. What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will need strong organisational and time-management skills, along with diplomacy, integrity, and reliability. A deep understanding of financial principles and advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software such as Sage are essential. A relevant professional accounting qualification or working towards one is required.
