SHE Admin Support £21.38p/hr PAYE 37 hours per week 10 Months Salmesbury (Hybrid) Inside IR35 We are seeking a SHE Admin Support Officer to support the deployment and maintenance of safety, health, and environment (SHE) systems across the Air UK Business. This role will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition to the new Shield system while providing ongoing support for the existing OSHENS system. You will work closely with end users, offering training and guidance, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with system-related queries. Responsibilities: • Provide training, guidance, and support to end users on the new Shield system. • Assist with administrative tasks related to system implementation and operation. • Coordinate and facilitate Shield stakeholder meetings. • Support key deployment activities, including: o Communications planning o Data migration and verification o Setting up user permissions o User Acceptance Testing (UAT) o Development and maintenance of webpages • Provide routine technical and administrative support for the OSHENS system. • Create and manage user accounts and permissions. • Generate and maintain HR headcount reports on a monthly basis and upon request. • Log and track technical queries with Zendesk, ensuring prompt issue resolution. • Investigate user issues and liaise with system suppliers as needed. • Support the testing of new system modules and releases, identifying and reporting any issues. • Assist with OSHENS replacement activities, system maintenance, and administrative tasks (e.g., user access management, guide updates). • Manage permissions based on SHE Success Factor training compliance. • Monitor the Air SHE shared inboxes, responding to queries and liaising with stakeholders as necessary. • Provide general administrative and technical support to the SHE functions as required. Required Skills and Experience: • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service. • Ability to collate, analyse, and present information effectively. • Excellent IT proficiency. • Experience working with IT systems and providing user support. • Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. • Some knowledge of SHE processes and frameworks.
