We are really excited to be supporting our Preston based client to further enhance their established Payroll and People teams. This is managing a large team including Payroll, Pensions and Benefits overseeing a payroll of circa 5000 with varying complexities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate Payroll professional to join an organisation open to taking the payroll, pensions and Benefits function forward. Experience within Public sector would be desirable but not essential. With the opportunity to join a fantastic team this role is a great opportunity to further your career and lead on system improvements and process improvements.
- Managing a number of teams including a Payroll & Pensions team
- Dealing with escalated queries
