- Develop / implement a customer account plan to achieve orders, revenue and margin projections.

- Develop and implement the commercial strategy.

- Develop /maintain "sales funnel" management and discipline within CRM system.
- Create monthly reports & weekly MOM for customers visit.
- Provide business analysis including data trends, customer retention and funnel success.
- Apply knowledge of business climate, market dynamics and trends as well as market potential to develop/implement account plans that drive results.
- Leverage knowledge of competition to influence business plans.
- Request to participate to marketing and sales events (exhibition, training, meeting)
- At least 2-3 years B2B Sales experience.
- Knowledge of selling into the Healthcare industry
- Prepared to travel up to 50% of the time of the working week, you will manage your own diary.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to use quantitative and qualitative information to identify and evaluate hypotheses and reach conclusions independently, to solve problems.
- Skill in teamwork and in an organizational context.
