Our client based in North Preston are currently recruiting for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join their business. This well known and established business need someone due to increased work.

Duties include:

  • Processing invoices
  • Processing utility invoices
  • Processing subcontractor invoices
  • Query resolution with both suppliers and contract managers
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Allocating direct debit payments
  • Maintaining aged creditor ledger
  • Supplier payment runs
  • Expenses payment runs
  • Other adhoc accounting duties

You need to have previous purchase ledger experience to be considered for this role. You need to be methodical with an excellent eye for detail.
