Description

The Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk role is initially a temporary assignment and will be full time office based in Preston. Reporting to the Financial Controller Key responsibilities will include:

  • Purchase Ledger- Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Investigation and analysis on supplier accounts
  • Ensuring correct supplier details are up to date on accounts
  • General Purchase Ledger- processing invoices and preparing supplier payments

Profile

In order to apply for the role you should:

  • Have previous experience in Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable
  • Be available to consider a temporary role initially
  • Be able to commute to Preston office site
  • Ideally be confident using V look up and Pivot tables in Excel
