Proactive Personnel are currently looking for a Skilled Labourer to start work for my client based in Preston.
Duties include:
- Repair work to brick walls around the factory, e.g. pointing, brick replacement, re-bedding work etc.
- Demolition of walls and structures as directed
- Building of new walls and structures as directed
- Groundworks around the factory
- Roofing & guttering repair work as needed
- Repairs to and replacement of flooring, e.g. timber, asphalt, tarmac, concrete, etc.
- Building of internal structures e.g. timber stud walls etc.
- Other general building maintenance tasks e.g. rendering, painting, etc.
- General housekeeping
- Use of business systems as required/necessary.
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 07:00- 15:30 and Friday 07:00- 13:00.
Pay is £12.00 an hour and the work is on-going until the end of March 2025.
