We are currently working with a fantastic client who are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial/Business Analyst in this newly created role. Having recently had some investment this role is crucial to their growth plans and strategy going forward, a big part of which is to enhance the internal processes and data knowledge to support their continued growth and provide more informative and accurate data across the business.
Key responsibilities of the role: -
- Prepare, interpret and present all the strategic KPI’s across the business to the Board and improving the current dashboards
- Work closely with internal managers to monitor departmental objectives and enhance performance
- Improve the forecasting knowledge against budgets with Senior leaders in the business
- Create a deeper understanding of stock management and movements, integrating this through to sales and customer service teams
- Streamline all the business information in order to focus on growth and profitability through better workflow and specifically targeted approach
- Develop a better understanding of profitability of stock lines and trends of movements
You will have solid experience with power BI, SQL and ERP systems, and be able to work across the business with all levels of personnel and provide understandable and accurate data reports of the financial/commercial position of the business in 'realtime’.
