About the Role:

Salt Recruitment is excited to partner with a prestigious organisation in the Higher Education sector to recruit an experienced Business Analyst specialising in Business Relationship Management. This role is a critical part of the Business Relationship Management Team, which drives the effective management of strategic and operational work requests.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively across various departments, supporting the development of innovative solutions that align with organisational goals. The role involves close collaboration with business and product teams to deliver process analysis and gather detailed requirements. You will provide the information and insights required to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet the needs of key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a trusted advisor within the Business Relationship Management Team to manage strategic and smaller-scale work requests effectively.
  • Undertake thorough process analysis to inform the gathering of requirements for new initiatives and ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate closely with business and product teams to develop and implement designs and ideas, ensuring they are production-ready.
  • Support multi-disciplinary product teams that adopt agile development practices, working closely with colleagues across departments, including Learning and Information Services.
  • Ensure that all solutions align with the goals of the organisation and deliver value to end users.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a complex organisational structure.
  • Strong understanding of the Higher Education sector, including familiarity with challenges and opportunities in this area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in agile environments and contributing to multi-disciplinary product teams.
  • Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
