As a Recruitment Operations Professional, you will be responsible for the input, maintenance, quality, and integrity of data within our technology platforms. This includes HR platforms that hold employee data, as well as systems used for Security Vetting, Finance, and monitoring employee time and attendance. You will support colleagues by reviewing work, managing problems, and contributing to key recruitment processes, particularly related to the hiring and onboarding of our workforce.

Role Responsibilities
• Deliver the activities of the Recruitment Hub, providing a dedicated service to managers, supporting vacancy creation, and managing business approvals.
• Support project work and organisational changes requiring data input and updates across technology platforms.
• Maintain data integrity by addressing errors, making corrections, and identifying root causes of data issues.
• Escalate persistent data errors to the Team Leader or Data Quality Team for resolution and action planning.
• Work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to continuously improve data quality and related processes.
• Adhere to governance and control measures for all data received and transmitted, ensuring validation and peer review.
• Actively identify and resolve data anomalies to maintain high standards of data accuracy.

Typical Knowledge, Skills, and Qualification Requirements
Essential
• Experience working with data, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Intermediate IT skills, particularly proficiency in MS Excel.
• Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to achieving first-time accuracy.
• Good understanding of data protection and document retention policies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build excellent relationships.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to meet business needs.
Desirable
• Knowledge of database maintenance and process improvement.
• Experience in stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems and processes.
