Description
路 Lead all field service serivce and maintenance requirements for a fabrication and welding manufacturing company based in Preston.
路 Manage the field serivce team who support the manufacturing function.
路 Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
路 Overall management of the back office administration team.
路 Manage administration tasks.
路 Supervise and support administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
路 Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding, performance appraisals and reviews for your team.
路 Utilise and manage the back office admin systems used.
路 Ensure effective phone etiquette is maintained when handling calls from clients and suppliers.
路 Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity in tasks and responsibilities.
路 Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
路 Provide support the the National Technical Manager in the overall management of the Service Department.
Profile
路 Proven experience as an Service Manager / Office Manager or in a similar manufacturing / engineering / administrative role.
路 Experience within an manufacturing / engineering environment - as a service manager
路 Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
路 Excellent administration skills with attention to detail.
路 Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management.
路 Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
路 Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions within the office environment
