Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to generate new leads and convert unconverted quotes into sales.
  • Promote and sell our products effectively, showcasing your knowledge and passion for the textiles industry.
  • Prepare daily work and reports to track progress and success.
  • Manage inbound telemarketing calls, providing exceptional customer service at every interaction.
  • Process internet visit requests, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Work independently while collaborating with the team to drive sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in sales with a confident telephone manner.
  • Enthusiastic, committed, and flexible approach to work.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, while also being a team player.
