We are supporting a client based in the Lancashire area with their recruitment for an Early Careers Recruitment Advisor. This is a busy and varied role where you will nurture talent through apprenticeships, internships and graduate schemes. As an Early Careers Recruitment Advisor you will play a key role in sourcing and attracting the next generation of leaders and professionals, offering career-building opportunities that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating effective recruitment strategies for early careers programmes
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including university career fairs, online job boards, social media, and partnerships with academic institutions
  • Building strong relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process
  • Acting as the first point of contact for early careers applicants
  • Reviewing applications, conducting phone screenings and face to face interviews
  • Organising and facilitating assessment centres
  • Liaising with Hiring Managers
  • Assisting with the smooth onboarding of early careers hires
  • Championing diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process, ensuring a wide range of candidates from diverse backgrounds are considered for opportunities
  • Maintaining recruitment data and provide insights on key metrics, such as time-to-hire, candidate engagement, and the success of different sourcing strategies
