Assistant Chef-PR3
Are you an experienced and passionate Commis Che or Catering Assistant f looking for a new opportunity? My client is a leading activity centre, and are looking for a new Assistant Chef to join their talented team bringing healthy and high-quality meals to the visitors.
The duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Chef will be:
Cooking high quality food in large volumes
Dealing with all food preparation for the days service
Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service
Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and food prep area.
The ideal Assistant Chef will:
Have experience in mass food production
Be confident in using fresh produce
Be passionate, dedicated.
Have supervisory experience
Salary: up to £29,302.20 per annum, depending on accommodation needs
Schedule: 42 hours per week, no late finishes
Job-type: Part Year Permanent, Fulltime
