  • Experience: Solid background as a Chef De Partie or an experienced Commis Chef ready to advance.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in banqueting, large-scale food preparation, menu planning, and crafting homemade starters and sweets. Main course and sauce preparation experience is essential.
  • Attributes: Team player, hardworking, enthusiastic, and passionate about culinary excellence.
  • Administration:Must be used to working in a professional organisation operating with SOPs and strict protocols especially as regards ordering and creation of menus.
