About The RolePreparing, cooking and serving food at a busy customer site.Your main aim will be to ensure a high standard of food is provided.
You will be working 5 days over 7 shift patterns 8am to 4pm and 10.30am to 6.30pm
You will also:
- Must have clear DBSHospital catering experience preferredExperience in good staff management and promoting good teamworkFlexible worker, some knowledge of online purchasingExperience of NHS catering complianceMust possess a good knowledge of menu planningCan demonstrate a proven record of kitchen leadership and HACCP compliance
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Experience as a Chef with a passion for food
- Supervisory experience in a similar role
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification - e.g. Food Hygiene Certificate
- Level 2 catering qualification - e.g. C&G 706/2/ NVQ
