Sous Chef required for a kitchen looking to cook at a Rosette level, this role is in Lancashire within driving distance of Preston, towards the coast. The Sous Chef position salary is £35K-£38K + about 2k tips. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef at Sous chef level or a Junior Sous Chef wanting more responsibility and a step up.

The role:
We are looking for a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen. You will ensure the kitchen is prepped and ready for service. You will run the pass when Head Chef is off or run a section on the other days. This role will include all the normal Sous Chef duties.

Experience:
We are looking for a Chef who has experience at Rosette level as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef level. You will be organised, have great knife skills and passion for fresh food.
