Bid & Marketing Administrator

Location: Preston fully onsite

Salary: 25,000 - 32,000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Our client, a well-established architect firm based in Preston, is seeking a Bid & Marketing Administrator to join their team. If you are passionate about creating compelling bids, coordinating marketing activities, and working in a dynamic environment, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Management and co-ordination of content for bid submissions and competitions
Researching project histories, practise procedures, and general business requirements in support of bids
Producing and updating practise brochures
Developing and executing the marketing plan for the business in consultation with the practise partners
Preparing and issuing social media posts, website updates, and press releases
Coordinating and submitting architectural award entries
Planning and coordinating events
Keeping the practise directory up to date and maintaining a good working knowledge of our client base

Requirements:

Previous experience in bid writing and marketing administration is highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driving licence
