Bid & Marketing Administrator
Location: Preston fully onsite
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Our client, a well-established architect firm based in Preston, is seeking a Bid & Marketing Administrator to join their team. If you are passionate about creating compelling bids, coordinating marketing activities, and working in a dynamic environment, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Management and co-ordination of content for bid submissions and competitionsResearching project histories, practise procedures, and general business requirements in support of bidsProducing and updating practise brochuresDeveloping and executing the marketing plan for the business in consultation with the practise partnersPreparing and issuing social media posts, website updates, and press releasesCoordinating and submitting architectural award entriesPlanning and coordinating eventsKeeping the practise directory up to date and maintaining a good working knowledge of our client base
Requirements:
Previous experience in bid writing and marketing administration is highly desirableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteValid driving licence
