CONTENT AND CAMPAIGN MARKETING MANAGER HYBRID - GREATER MANCHESTERUP TO £45,000 DOE PLUS BONUS

Our customer is a leading travel company with over 40 years of experience in creating unforgettable journeys.

They are now seeking a Content and Campaign Marketing Manager to drive their marketing strategy and engage audiences through compelling content.

As a Content and Campaign Marketing Manager, you will create impactful campaigns, craft engaging storytelling, and collaborate across teams to enhance brand visibility. This role is ideal for a creative marketer with a passion for travel and events, looking to make a real impact.

Job Description:

In this role, you will develop and execute compelling content and marketing campaigns, shaping our brand message to engage audiences, drive bookings, and build lasting brand loyalty.

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand and business goals
  • Create engaging content across web, email, social media, and print
  • Oversee multimedia content production with designers and videographers
  • Optimise content for SEO to enhance visibility and ranking
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for events and active holidays
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables for seamless execution
  • Align marketing activities with product timelines and territory strategies
  • Implement best practices across marketing channels in collaboration with teams
  • Analyse campaign performance and generate reports with data-driven insights
  • Optimise email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation strategies
  • Utilise A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure efficient use of marketing tools like Monday.com and ESP (Force24)
  • Lead and manage the Brand Marketing team, providing guidance and support

Experience Required:

  • MUST have 3 years’ of experience in marketing campaign management, ideally within the travel, sports, or lifestyle sectors
  • People leadership experience
  • A strong storytelling approach, with a track record of creating compelling content for blogs, social media, and marketing materials
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social media
  • Hands-on experience in managing brand social media channels and building engaged online communities
  • Ability to analyse marketing performance data and use insights to refine content and campaign strategies
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Passionate about producing engaging content that drives audience engagement
  • A genuine enthusiasm for active travel
