The General Manager will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Oversee the financial performance of the business, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in a senior management role within the manufacturing industry,
- Capable, collaborative leader
- Previous P&L responsibility
