Futures are excited to be working with an amazing, multi-billion £ FMCG business with a portfolio full of well-known brands we all use everyday! This business has achieved impressive growth over recent years due to successful NPD projects and acquisitions.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role is super strategic and commercially focused, you will be a vital part of building and implementing long and short-term growth plans for the portfolio.

Your Key Duties:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing and brand marketing plans aligned with company objectives and sales targets
  • Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
  • Lead the creation of compelling trade marketing materials, including promotional materials, POS displays, and sales presentations
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute trade promotions, incentives, and joint marketing programs with key retail partners
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

Your Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing
  • Experience within the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
