Lead Generator Role - Preston – OTE up £30,000!

We are currently recruiting for Lead Generator to join a very successful and long-standing organisation with an excellent reputation nationwide with their head office based in Preston.

On a daily basis as Lead Generator, you will be…

  • To generate leads for the field-based sales teams via qualified appointments
  • To work to other agreed daily key performance indicators
  • To ensure that the contact management system is fully utilised and maintained
  • To communicate with the Manager and Sales Executives regarding prospects and future business needs

We are looking for confident tenacious people to generate the appointments for the field sales executives, the lead generator will cleanse the database making 100 outbound calls with a 1 hour 30 minutes total talk time. You will also liaise with prospects, field sales executives and managers diaries with full support and training provided.

Salary, Hours & Benefits

  • Salary £22,212 + Bonus OTE £30,000
  • £500 bonus on successful probation
  • Monday to Thursday 8.15 – 16.15, Friday 8.15- 15.15
  • 20 minute morning break 30 minute lunch break 15 minute afternoon break
  • Annual leave - 22 days per year holiday rising to 25 after qualifying time period (plus Bank Holidays) & Christmas Closure
  • Uniform provided (although not compulsory)

Monthly Bonus:

  1. £250 for hitting activity target.
  2. £175 for hitting revenue target (uncapped)
  3. Up to £225 accelerator payment for over achievement on activity

Yearly Bonus:

  1. 10% of Revenue brought in during the year (typically a £420 payment)
