Our client, a well-established service company, is looking to recruit an ambitious, articulate, and efficient Sales Manager to ensure that sales goals are achieved, and customer service standards are upheld.

Supporting and mentoring the Sales Team, responsibilities will include:

  • Support team members in achieving KPIs (conversion, retention, profitability, customer satisfaction) through regular feedback, learning opportunities, and growth initiatives.

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence
  • Meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Provide ongoing support through feedback, coaching, mentoring, and Personal Development Plans (PDPs), while implementing targeted development activities to improve team and individual performance.

Experience within a leadership B2B sales role with the ability to demonstrate excellent mentoring, coaching and sales/negotiation skills are essential alongside a strong disposition, corporate outlook and professional telephone manner. A good understanding of IT processes, CRM systems and experience with digital campaigns or marketing platforms/services would be an advantage.
