Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a small, specialised children's home? Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee their 2-bed service in Preston, providing support to children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding for the children.
  • Lead, support, and motivate a team of staff to provide a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Ensure the home complies with all Ofsted regulations and maintains a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating.
  • Develop personalised care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Work closely with local authorities, social workers, and families to ensure the best outcomes for the children.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential setting.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and proven experience managing services for children with EBD.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
