Are you a seasoned PPC expert ready to take on a dynamic role within a multi-business environment? Forward Role are supporting our client operating within the Engineering sector to recruit a Group PPC Specialist to lead, innovate, and optimise PPC strategies

online visibility, targeted traffic, and conversions through data-driven paid search initiatives.

Off-boarding the accounts from agency and bringing in-house, you will be ‘hands on' across several Google & Meta Ads accounts with a range of budgets, some operating within eCommerce and some Lead Gen capacities. Working as part of a small, close-knit and friendly marketing team, you will be reporting directly into the Group Marketing Director to build the overarching Paid strategy!

Your day to day:

As the Group PPC Specialist, you will:

  • Develop PPC Strategies tailored to the unique needs of each company, aligned with overarching business objectives.
  • Manage Campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media networks (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Optimise Budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and strong ROI across multiple divisions.
  • Conduct Keyword Research to identify growth opportunities and refine targeting.
  • Create Engaging Ad Copy and collaborate with content/design teams for seamless user journeys.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Run A/B Tests and apply results to enhance campaign performance.
  • Analyse Competitors to adapt to market changes and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Implement Remarketing Campaigns to re-engage audiences and boost conversions.

Your background:

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years managing PPC campaigns, preferably in multi-site or agency environments.
    • Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
    • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and bid management tools.
  • Skills:
    • Analytical mindset with data interpretation expertise.
    • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Adaptability to manage diverse industries and objectives within the group.
    • Organised and detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
