Our client a corporate brokerage in Preston is seeking an account handler with commercial insurance experience be that one years experience or twenty.

The role will be to assist with servicing and administration of our Clients and their businesses, reporting to an Account Executive. In particular, about the role and what’s needed to be considered:-:-

  • Retaining Renewals
  • Assist with New Business
  • Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to Clients
  • Manage day to day queries, renewals, amendments and mid term adjustments
  • Build and maintain relationships with our Team, Clients, Prospects and Insurers
  • Maintain and understand changing market conditions
  • Align on key topics and ensure fully up to date with the latest regulatory requirements and changes
  • Maintain a professional and transparency standards for all Clients, Prospects and Insurers
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Office Products
  • Strong literacy, numeracy and administration skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
