The company:A successful British manufacturing company distributing a wide range of products to both public and private clients internationally
Main duties:Part of the customer service team, you will be supporting sales on the Spanish market by developing the range of products acquired by public and private clients.
The role:- Deal with customers' enquiries via telephone, email and live chat- Advise new and existing clients on the range of products available- Maintain and develop customer relationships - Provide quotations based on customer specifications - Create new accounts into the system and monitor their activities- Translate technical or general documentation when required
The candidate:- Fluency in Spanish essential- Interest in continuing/kicking off a career in sales or business development- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills- Excellent organisational skills- Ambitious and self-motivated - Strong presentation skills- Computer literate (Excel, outlook, Online Tools…)- Experience of client interaction
